Abstract: 3D printing technology is a digital model file based on the use of powder metal or plastic and other adhesive materials, through the way of layer by layer printing to construct the object technology. 3D printing technology as an emerging rapid prototyping technology, from the beginning of research and development has been much attention of the masses, many experts and scholars will focus on this. With the continuous development of 3D printing technology, the level and status of 3D printing technology have been improved in recent years, and it has begun to be widely used in more fields. This paper discusses and analyzes the 3D printing technology and its industry development prospect.

Key words: 3D printing technology; Industrial development; Prospect analysis

With the continuous improvement of scientific level and the continuous development of science and technology, at present, 3D printing technology is in the process of rapid development, but also in many fields began to be widely used, and has achieved a certain space for development.

Introduction to 3D printing technology

3D printing technology requires the use of digital model files based on the use of adhesive materials, such as powdered metal or plastic, by printing layer by layer to construct the object technology. 3D printing technology and the traditional manufacturing industry in the operation method, as well as material processing methods are there are obvious differences, it needs to use the physical layer between the uninterrupted superposition, superposition each layer needs to be added materials to create a three-dimensional entity, is a comprehensive technology. Its content covers information technology, materials science, chemistry and digital modeling technology and other different aspects of professional knowledge and high content of science and technology, usually using 3D printers, that is, digital technology material printers to achieve. As far as the current development status of 3D printing technology is concerned, in the early stage of development, this technology is mainly used in model manufacturing, such as mold manufacturing, parts manufacturing and artistic creation. With the development and progress of 3D printing technology, its accuracy has been continuously improved, and it has gradually been applied to jewelry manufacturing, industrial design, biological engineering, construction, education industries, and even cultural relics protection industries, aerospace fields and firearms fields. With the gradual expansion of the application range of 3D printing technology, the possibility and space of scientific and technological innovation brought by it are also increasing.

3D printing technology has obvious advantages over traditional manufacturing technology through mold production. The use of 3D printing technology does not need to pass any mold and mechanical processing, and can use the graphic data transmitted by the computer to make parts of any shape, which significantly shortens the development cycle of the product, greatly reduces the production cost of the product, and significantly improves the productivity of the product. In addition, 3D printing technology can also use computer technology to print out products that are difficult to achieve in traditional production technology, and the entire production process of the product is simplified, and the production process of the product is quickly and effectively completed.

3D printing technology development status

3D printing technology first appeared in the 1990s, it and the traditional printing principle is basically the same, by connecting the computer, the use of printing materials installed in the printer to print. The difference is that 3D printing technology requires computer control, and the printing material is stacked layer by layer according to the graphic data to achieve the final product.

In 2005, ZCorp developed the first high-definition color 3D printer, the Spectrum Z510. In November 2010, the United States used 3D printers to create the world's first "print-out" car. Subsequently, 3D printed bikinis, 3D printed aircraft, 3D printed pistols, as well as various 3D printed artworks and 3D chocolate printers have gradually begun to come out. In addition, 3D printing technology is also used in the field of organ manufacturing, in November 2012, Scottish scientists for the first time to use 3D printers, human cells as printing materials to print artificial liver tissue. On January 14, 2019, researchers at the University of California San Diego published a paper in the journal Nature Medicine, using rapid 3D printing technology for the first time to create a spinal cord scaffold that mimics the structure of the central nervous system, and was implanted in the spine of rats with severe spinal cord damage after loading neural stem cells, successfully helping the rats to restore motor function. On April 15, 2019, researchers at Tel Aviv University in Israel used the patient's own tissue as printing material and used 3D printing technology to print the world's first "complete" heart with cells, blood vessels, ventricles and atria, becoming the world's first 3D printed heart.

3D printing technology future development trend and prospect analysis

With the continuous progress and continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, the development of various emerging technologies is changing with each passing day, 3D printing technology will also gradually move to a more mature stage with the development of intelligent technology. In the continuous development of information technology, control technology, material technology and the wide application in the field of manufacturing, the development of 3D printing technology will also be more intelligent, the product manufacturing of 3D printing technology will be more precise, the application range of 3D printing will be more extensive, and the use of methods will be more convenient and simple.

Conclusion

In summary, with the continuous progress of scientific level and the continuous development of science and technology,30 printing technology is also in the process of rapid development. Since its birth, 3D printing technology has been highly concerned by the broad masses of society and media and experts from all walks of life. 30 Printing technology in its own development at the same time also began to be widely used in many fields, and has achieved a certain space for development, the development of 3D printing technology will bring major changes to the global manufacturing economy. Many experts and industry insiders have made prospects for the development and future prospects of the 3 printing technology and have high expectations for the development of the 30 printing technology. It is believed that the 3D printing industry will become the next sunrise industry with broad prospects.
